RESTAURANTS
We’re blessed with some truly excellent restaurants near Cinq & Sept - two of which are Michelin-starred. Two restaurants are within walking distance in our village. Another eight of our favourites are scattered in villages and towns within a 15 minute radius from us. Most offer ‘alfresco’ courtyard dining in summer, and all serve their dishes with the region’s best wines.
AMAZING SEAFOOD
Our region offers the freshest and best seafood in France, from award-winning oysters to the freshest of Mediterranean fish - all served with delicious local 'Picpoul' white wine. A number of fishing villages and towns line the coast, offering amazing views of the oysters beds as they spread out across the shimmering waters.
WINE Tasting
Languedoc is one of the world’s most exciting wine regions, and there’s no better way to get a taste for the wines here than to visit some of the amazing wineries dotted around us. For example, at the Seigneurie de Peyrat, you can go on a tour of the facilities (with the owner Cécile) and then enjoy their 'Picnique Chic' tapas and wine in the courtyard of their château.
Cocktails
We love cocktails, and making cocktails, and serving cocktails. And throughout the year our barmen will be shaking and stirring and decorating everything from Mojitos to Manhattans and Pink Palomas to Pornstar Martinis- both in our pool bar in summer and our first floor cocktail bar off-season. MARKETS
There are hundreds of markets in towns and villages across the region. The Saturday morning market in Pézenas is great fun - bustling with stalls selling superb food, fresh flowers and clothes. Shop for the best of the region’s cheeses, charcuterie, fresh vegetables and still-warm breads and bring them back for a delicious lunch in our garden.
