‘Loved this place, and I don’t think there is anything I would change about it. Excellently run, spotlessly clean, friendly and just so relaxing.’

Party & Play

Regular pool-side dinners, cocktail parties, wine tasting evenings and outings (such as group kayaking) make Cinq & Sept a pretty social place in summer. Eating delicious Mediterranean cuisine with some of the region’s best wines on a warm summer evening is a magical experience. Our get-togethers are a great way to meet and get to know the other guests.

In our ‘summer kitchen’ you can help yourself to drinks (soft and hard) and snacks courtesy of our ‘honesty bar’. And in the pool, relax on our giant floating beanbags with a book in one hand, a glass of rosé in the other.

Cinq & Sept is 25 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean. There are a few very good gay beaches nearby, and nearly all are clothing-optional. Chic beach clubs also line the coast - if you prefer the comfort of a sunbed and chilled drinks ferried to you by bronzed waiters. And inland, Lake Salagou, the Héric rock pools and countless rivers are a superb alternative to the sea.

Wine & Dine

We’re blessed with lots of excellent restaurants within a 15 minute radius of our gay gueshouse (some Michelin-starred). And two are just a short walk away in the village itself. Most offer outdoor terraces for ‘al fresco’ dining on warm summer nights. There are plenty of great wine domains near us too for wine tasting. And we can also organise guided wine tours with lunch for the truly wine-curious.
