Wining and dining at Cinq & Sept gay hotel

We’re blessed with some truly excellent restaurants near Cinq & Sept - one of which is Michelin-starred. Two are within walking distance in our village. Another eight of our favourites are scattered in villages and towns within a 15 minute radius from us. Most offer ‘al fresco’ dining in summer, and all serve their dishes with the region’s best wines.

Languedoc is one of the world’s most exciting wine regions, and there’s no better way to get a taste for the wines here than to go on a wine tour. An English-speaking guide picks you up in their mini-bus and takes you to two different wine domains, with a delicious lunch in between. Talk to the wine makers, get a tour of their faciliies and, of course, taste lots of wines…

There are hundreds of markets in towns and villages across the region. The Saturday morning market in Pézenas is great fun - bustling with stalls selling superb food, fresh flowers and clothes. Shop for the best of the region’s cheeses, charcuterie, fresh vegetables and still-warm breads and bring them back for a delicious lunch in our garden.
